Warranty

Every third party product you buy from Screentop is backed first by the product manufacturer’s warranty. Screentop’s 30 day limited warranty against defects, also applies. Screentop’s 30 day limited warranty is a defective exchange policy that provides for either repair or replacement of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by the product manufacture or Screentop will either be exchanged or repaired at our sole discretion within the first 30 days of ownershiip only. After 30 days the product manufacture warranty is the only warranty in effect. Terms and conditions may vary by product or manufacturer. Screentop will assist customers whenever possible in gaining satisfaction with product manufactures. For assistance, to exchange a defective product please contact us and we will provide you the necessary information on getting your product exchanged. We reserve the right to refuse for return or change a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without the prior approvall issued by Screentop.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that anything ordered from ScreenTop does not violate any custom, trade laws or barriers of the destination country. ScreenTop assumes no responsibility or accountability whereby any of its products are used for any unauthorized or illegal actions both criminally and/or in civil incidents.

ScreenTop takes all precautionary measures to ensure that the range of products are free from manufacturer defects. However, ScreenTop will not hold the responsibility for the damage due to usage, negligence, or other factors beyond our control.To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Also, Screentop shall not be responsible for losses that may occur from exchange rates, or from currency conversions, that take place, and the customer accepts the exchange rate or currency conversion offered by Screentop at the time of purchase.

Govering laws and Jurisdiction

This will occur without regarding to the conflicts of laws principals thereof. ScreenTop reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the ScreenTop at any time without notice to you. For example, ScreenTop may make changes to the content and/or services, or to the products and prices described in them, or this Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the changed ScreenTop shall indicate your acknowledgement of such changes and agreement.

Warranty

The limited warranty applicable the product bought from Screentop is 30 days. 30-day limited warranty is a defective exchange policy that provides for either repair or replacement of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by the product manufacturer. Otherwise Screentop will either be exchanged or repaired at our sole discretion within the first 30 days of ownership only.The warranty protects against Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) and any manufacturing defects.
Your purchased screen comes with a 180 days limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship. The warranty period ends180 days from the date of the purchase of the original product. Our warranty is solely for the purpose of repairing or replacing product purchased from Screentop. At its discretion, Screentop shall repair product which is deemed defective by Screentop, after first 30 days warranty.

Shipped a Wrong Item

If we shipped a wrong screen, you has seven (7) days since the date of receipt to request a RMA#. The screen you received should be returned in original condition. Damages or missing accessories on the product, you need to pay from at least 50% of the price of the product to full charge.We will reship the right screen to the customer asap.

Bought a Wrong Item

If you bought a wrong item, then you should contact us within 7 days since the date of receipt.For products exchange, you should be responsible for return shipping fee, reshipping fee and price difference between the original item and the exchange item. For refund,you will get 80% refund and pay all the shipping charges. The product must be returned in original condition with all miscellaneous accessories included. Damages or missing accessories on the product, you need to pay from at least 50% of the price of the product to full charge.
To the incompatible item, we will reship the right item to you ASAP after inspection. If the inspection cannot get through, it will be processed as you bought a wrong item.

Lost Item

An item is considered lost if it does not reach the buyer after 6 weeks of delivery in US only. To such case, cover insurance will influence our processing. However, to international orders, Processing of Clearance in Customs may cause delay.

International Returns

To international order, you should contact us to confirm the needed item before purchase. You are responsible for return shipping charges and loss or dagame of return shipments. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges. Screentop is not responsible for any taxes and duties generated by the laws and policies of your local government as well as other handling fees.

General

You are responsible for risk of loss, shipping and handling fees for returning or exchanging product. All shipping charges is NON-Refundable unless agreed by Screentop. 20% restocking fee is required if shipment is refused at time of delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a 50% restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without the prior approval issued by Screentop.
